What this site does

• Every page starts with a skip link, so a keyboard user reaches the main content without tabbing through the navigation.
• Pages are built from landmarks: one navigation, one main, one footer, and a single level-one heading per page.
• Interactive elements show a visible focus ring, offset from the element so it stays legible against both the light and dark palettes.
• The site follows your system light or dark preference, and honors it when you choose one explicitly.
• Animation is reduced to almost nothing when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Closed answers in the frequently asked questions are removed from the keyboard order, so you cannot tab into text you cannot see.
• Body text is checked against its background for at least a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio in both themes.

What we have not done yet

This site has not had an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim conformance to WCAG 2.2 at any level. We have not completed a screen-reader pass across every page, and the older parts of the signed-in application have not been reviewed to the same standard as these public pages. We would rather tell you that than print a badge we have not earned.

Include the page address if you have it. A report about a barrier gets treated as a defect, not a suggestion.
