If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or improvement ideas ("Feedback"), you irrevocably assign to DisEASE LLC all rights, title, and interest in and to that Feedback. DisEASE LLC is free to use, implement, and commercialize Feedback in its products or services without any obligation to provide compensation, royalties, or credit.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license, title, or interest in DisEASE, Dr. EASE, or the underlying proprietary technology, including the dual-engine model, deterministic scoring algorithms, and patent-pending clinical decision support architecture. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DisEASE LLC. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the Dr. EASE engine.
DisEASE LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Any action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arenac County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
