DisEASE operates on de-identified inputs only. It does not request, and must not be given, protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII).
Account information you provide at registration (such as your name, email, NPI, and organization) is used to verify your eligibility as a licensed clinician and to operate your account.
