How to read these

The review is the engine's own output, not a summary of it.

  1. The patients are synthetic

    Every case was written to exercise the rules, not drawn from a chart. No patient data of any kind went into this review.

  2. Clinical fit is the engine's score, not a probability

    It ranks candidates against each other for this patient. A drug at 85 was not judged 85 percent likely to work; it was judged the best available fit once every rule that applied had been counted.

  3. Rules that lowered a score are shown too

    The full review lists the cautions and the denials with the labs, vitals and medications that triggered them, which is what makes it a trace rather than a recommendation.

  4. The weights are withheld

    Rule names, rule ids, citations, alerts and fit scores are all published. The per-rule numeric deltas and the clinical baseline are not.
