A deployed, versioned rule set, authored and verified by a pharmacist, scores the workup and returns a ranked list of options with the rules that produced it.
The ranking is deterministic. The same workup returns the same ranked list every time. No part of the score is generated by a language model.
Rules that lower a score are part of the output. Cautions and outright denials arrive with the labs, vitals, allergies and current medications that triggered them, not just the options that survived.
Every rule carries its evidence. Each one cites the guideline text or the FDA labeling it came from, and the citation travels with the recommendation.
